• Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial) without explicit permission.
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Career Studio's web site.
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the downloaded resumes (unless on a Premium plan that allows watermark removal).

3. Disclaimer

The materials on Career Studio's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Career Studio makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Furthermore, Career Studio does not guarantee that using our resume builder or ATS checker will result in job offers, interviews, or employment.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Career Studio or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Career Studio's website, even if Career Studio or a Career Studio authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

5. AI-Generated Content

Our platform provides AI-powered suggestions (including resume rewrites, bullet point generation, and cover letters). These suggestions are generated automatically by large language models based on the context you provide.

• Verification: AI suggestions are provided as assistance only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and fact-checking all AI-generated content before using it in your professional job applications.
• Accuracy: We do not guarantee the factual accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of generated text. You must ensure your resume truly reflects your real-world experience.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account through your dashboard settings.

7. Changes to Terms
